Hanwha Vision TNO-4040T is a VGA thermal network camera with an uncooled 640 × 480 microbolometer and a built-in 19mm fixed lens. It supports H.265, H.264, and MJPEG video, thermal analytics including temperature-change detection, motion, intrusion, loitering, directional detection, and shock detection, plus edge recording to Micro SD cards up to 256GB. PoE, 12V DC, and 24V AC power options, together with IP66, IK10, and NEMA 4X protection, support reliable outdoor operation.

The uncooled microbolometer detects infrared radiation in the 8-14μm range and provides thermal imagery with NETD of ≤50mK, supporting temperature-change monitoring and analytics. The 19mm lens provides a narrower field of view than a wide-angle thermal lens, while H.265, WiseStream II, event recording, and multiple streaming profiles help balance image detail, bandwidth, and storage.

The camera measures approximately Ø101.97 × 401.8mm and weighs 3.175kg. It supports IEEE 802.3af PoE, 12V DC, or 24V AC power and has a minimum object distance of 11m. Operating temperature is -40°C to +60°C with 0%-90% non-condensing humidity. The Micro USB Type-B port is intended only for preview and installation and requires a Wi-Fi dongle.
