The Hanwha XRN-3210B2 is an Intel-based 32-channel NVR supporting up to 32MP recording and display resolution with H.265/H.264/MJPEG compression. It includes 8 internal SATA HDD bays supporting up to 10TB per drive (80TB total, HDDs not included).

Key Features

Supports high-performance decoding up to 32MP at 15 fps (H.265), with multi-format support down to D1 and high-frame-rate decoding up to 960 fps. It allows flexible live view layouts up to a 36-channel display and supports up to 80 simultaneous playback channels. Recording includes normal, event, dual stream, and scheduled modes with advanced search functions such as smart search, event logs, and timeline playback. It also supports 32-channel audio, two-way communication, alarm I/O, fisheye dewarping, and external iSCSI storage. Remote access is available via plugin-free web UI and P2P mobile connection, with ARB and Failover support for reliability.

Technical Context

Runs on embedded Linux with support for IPv4/IPv6, RTSP, HTTPS, SNMP, ONVIF Profile-S, SUNAPI, and other standard network protocols. Security features include IP filtering, 802.1X authentication, encrypted communication, access logs, device certificates, and signed firmware. Web viewing is supported on Windows 10 and macOS 10.13 via Chrome, Edge, and Safari. The system uses 100–240 VAC input with up to 138W power consumption (with 8 × 10TB HDD), housed in a black metal chassis.
