Product Overview

The Luminys K54-4L1A2 is a complete security kit that includes one 4K R3 Series NVR and four 5MP turret cameras with 2.8 mm fixed lenses. The system features 4 PoE plug-and-play ports, a pre-installed 2TB HDD expandable up to 10TB, HDMI/VGA outputs, and H.265/H.264/MJPEG support with up to 80 Mbps recording bandwidth. The cameras use LumiLuxLite technology for full-color day/night video and include Intelligent Motion Detection (iMD). The kit is FCC and NDAA compliant, with cameras compatible exclusively with R3 recorders.

Key Features

The NVR supports recording resolutions from 8MP to CIF, with HDMI output up to 4K and VGA output, plus synchronous playback in 1 or 4 views. It supports ONVIF and RTSP interoperability and works with the LumiViewer desktop and mobile app. The cameras feature LumiLuxLite technology, automatically switching from IR to white-light LEDs for full-color video when motion is detected, then returning to IR mode afterward. Intelligent Motion Detection (iMD) accurately filters humans and vehicles to reduce false alarms, while Smart Search enables quick playback searches by target type and time. Audio connectivity includes 1 RCA input and 1 RCA output.

Technical Context

Supports major network protocols including HTTP, HTTPS, TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, RTSP, SNMP, DHCP, DNS, and DDNS. It records and plays back video in resolutions from 8MP down to CIF using H.265, H.264, and MJPEG decoding. Connectivity includes front and rear USB 2.0 ports, one Gigabit RJ45 WAN port, and four PoE RJ45 ports. The system is powered by a 48V/53V DC supply and consumes less than 10W without an HDD installed.
