Product Overview
The Luminys P44-8DB25 is a Mainstream series 8MP dome PTZ camera featuring a 1/2.8" progressive CMOS sensor and a 25x optical zoom lens, 5–125mm. It upgrades resolution output to a native 8MP (3840x2160) at up to 30 fps, utilizing efficient H.265+/H.264+ smart encoding and standard compression H.265, H.264, MJPEG. This model includes the LumiFocus focus-retention system, LumiTracking, Face Detection, and advanced Video Content Analytics+ (VCA+ / iMD) intelligence, all backed by LumiPolarPro/LumiDesertPro climate optimization and the LumiDeterrent active defense suite (red/blue lights and built-in speaker).

This camera delivers ultra-low-light performance with minimum illumination of 0.006 lux in color and 0.0006 lux in B/W mode, plus 0 lux operation with built-in illuminators. The camera supports major network protocols, Chrome/Firefox/Safari/Edge browsers, FTP/SFTP, NAS, and microSD storage. Designed for harsh environments, it includes LumiPolarPro for cold climates and LumiDesertPro for hot climates, along with built-in speakers, red/blue warning lights for active deterrence, and LumiTracking for automatic target tracking. The camera is also compatible with the LumiViewer desktop and mobile app.
