The EDKS-1GEA-PKSG is a device designed to interrupt power going to a PoE++ IP device with up to 126 memorized 8 button press codes. It is typically used to disable / enable IP cameras for privacy and confidentiality purposes. Applications include interview rooms, Interrogation rooms, hospital rooms and patient exam rooms. The EDKS-1GEA-PKSG is placed in-line with the IP device’s CAT5/6 Ethernet cable. When the IP device is enabled, the green LED on the EDKS-1GEAPKSG is lit green. When the IP device is disabled the red LED is lit.
