The ACTi E65 is a 3MP indoor fixed dome camera designed for day/night surveillance with IR illumination and Superior WDR. It uses a progressive scan CMOS sensor, 2.8–12mm vari-focal lens, and Adaptive IR LED support for monitoring indoor areas with changing light levels.

Technical Context
