The SA1-HP is typically used for very loud talk down PA applications. This amplifier is designed to drive 68 Watts into 8 Ohms or one or more 70v speakers at 30 watts. Connects to DVRs, IP cameras and remote monitoring equipment. Use one of our Sound Surveillance speakers with a built in 70V transformer to permit speaker cable runs up to 500 feet.

Wiring Requirements:

• 8 Ohm direct mode, 18 gauge, 2 conductor, 100 feet max.
• 70V line mode: 22 gauge, 2 conductor 500 feet max.

NOTE- In 70V mode, speakers are connected in parallel (daisy-chained). The sum of their power “taps” must add up to 30 Watts. Examples of possible speaker combinations:
