The M1EZ8 is an economical solution for installations that do not require the voice and telephone remote control capabilities of the M1 Gold. Unlike basic security controls, the M1EZ8 is a powerful security control with robust functionality and the most imaginative automation features available. Built on the same software architecture as the M1 Gold, its expansion and networking possibilities, as well as the option to program and control it over the internet, make the M1EZ8 exceptional value for money. The M1EZ8 offers the flexibility to integrate industry-standard systems and components for straightforward upgrades and system expansion. It interfaces well with lighting controls, HVAC communicating thermostats, touch screens, and so on. An optional Ethernet port controls the M1EZ8 and networked systems from a PC browser anywhere. It does not require a dedicated “24/7” server.
