Ganz ZNS-CVA-GUN-1 is a one-channel server-side AI weapon detection license for the Ganz CORTROL Premier and CORTROL Global VMS platforms. Its deep neural network analytics analyze a compatible IP or analog camera stream to identify visible handguns, rifles or long guns, and knives or bladed weapons and generate actionable security events.

ZNS-CVA-GUN-1 processes video on the CORTROL host server using deep-learning models trained to recognize weapon profiles and related visual patterns. Detected objects are highlighted in live video and written as searchable metadata to the CORTROL database. The resulting event can be linked to CORTROL Event and Action Manager rules that display emergency layouts, send notifications, issue HTTP API commands, or control PTZ and other integrated systems.
This license is assigned to one camera stream within an existing Ganz CORTROL Premier or CORTROL Global installation and requires suitable server-side processing resources. The ZNS-CVA-GUN-1 is discontinued as of 2026; existing licensed deployments may continue operating within compatible CORTROL architectures.
