GV-Failover Server is a video backup server that records up to 128 channels from GV-NVR / VMS or GV-Recording Server when any of the following conditions occurs: (1) the GV server starts up without recording; (2) the file recycling fails; (3) the hard drive fails; (4) the connection between GV server and IP cameras fails; (5) the GV server fails to function properly.
