With an optional dongle, the GV-POS Text Sender allows you to connect the GV-DVR system directly to Windows-based POS devices that can generate TXT, INI or JNL files, as well as to POS devices that are compatible with Internet or OPOS protocols. POS transaction data is transferred to the GV-DVR system via an RS-232 serial cable or a TCP/IP connection. This data can then be overlaid on live images or recordings.
