The GV‑POEX0111 is a single‑port Gigabit waterproof PoE extender designed to extend both network data and power between a PoE switch and a compatible GV‑IP camera. It supports 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet, IEEE 802.3af PoE, and IEEE 802.3at PoE+, and can be used in series to reach long‑distance camera installations without requiring an additional power supply.

Its IP67‑rated waterproof housing is designed for outdoor installations, and the PoE-powered/pass‑through design eliminates the need for an additional power supply. It is compatible with GV‑IP Cameras for extended surveillance deployments.
Maximum transmission distance depends on the PoE switch type, cable quality, and the number of extenders used. When connected to GV‑APOE Series switches in CCTV mode, one extender supports up to 400 m, two extenders reach up to 600 m, and three extenders extend the link to 800 m between the switch and the IP camera.
The extender is built for outdoor use and should be installed with Cat 5e or better cabling. Multiple GV‑POEX0111 units can be connected in series for longer cable runs, though the available power budget decreases as distance and the number of extenders increase.
