The GV-Hot Swap Failover Server System is a video streaming server with a high data storage capacity, designed for large-scale video surveillance deployments. It comes with a choice of 4U (20-bay) or 3U (8-bay) hot-swappable SATA mobile racks. Depending on the HDD size, the GV-Hot Swap Recording Server System can store over 60 terabytes of recorded data. The GV-Failover Server is a video backup server that records up to 128 IP streams from GV-Systems when any of the following conditions occur: (1) when the GV-System is started up without monitoring; (2) when file recycling fails; (3) when an error occurs in the hard drive; and (4) when an error occurs in the Failover Plug-in Program.
