The DV-1304-A is a specialized "AI in the Box" edge analytics device designed for security-oriented video analysis. It processes video from up to four IP camera channels and is intended to work with a compatible DirectIP NVR, which handles the actual video recording. Its primary function is to provide real-time, on-device analysis using Deep Learning Analytics. Supported analytics include Object Detection, Intrusion Detection, Loitering Detection, Line Crossing, and Face Detection. The device connects via a single 100M Ethernet port, receiving both power and video data through Power over Ethernet (PoE).
