The IPOE-470-12V is an industrial PoE++ injector that adds 802.3bt capability to any non-PoE switch by injecting power on all four pairs (End-span + Mid-span). It features a 12–54V DC to 54V boost converter, allowing operation from standard industrial power supplies (12V, 24V, or 48V) without requiring specialized 54V sources. DIP switches per port select between BT/PoH mode (95W) for 802.3bt devices or Force mode (60W) for non-standard PDs.
PoE budget scales with input voltage: 240W at 48–54V powers four 60W devices, while 60W at 12V supports one 60W device. The unit features redundant power inputs via a 6-pin terminal block with fault alarm output, ensuring continuous operation. System consumption ranges from 2.52–3.6W, with full PoE load drawing 72–251W depending on input voltage. PoE usage LEDs indicate 80W, 160W, and 240W load levels.
The IP30 metal enclosure (DIN-rail or wall-mount) operates from -40°C to 75°C with 5–90% RH and stores from -40 °C to 75°C, backed by contact 6KV / air 8KV ESD and 6KV surge protection. LEDs indicate power input status, fault alarm, PoE usage, and per-port PoE-in-use. The injector connects between the switch and PDs over Cat5e/6 up to 100m, and is TAA compliant.
