The Planet IPOE-171-95W is an industrial single-port multi-gigabit 802.3bt PoE++ injector that delivers up to 95W power output while supporting 10M/100M/1G/2.5G/5G data rates over standard Cat5e/6 cabling. It features integrated 12–48V DC to 54V power boost technology for operation from common industrial supplies, End-span + Mid-span 4-pair power delivery, real-time PoE usage LEDs, and a wide -40°C to 75°C operating temperature for harsh environments.
The IPOE-171-95W is an industrial single-port 802.3bt PoE++ injector that adds high-power PoE capability to any non-PoE switch. It features a 12–48V DC to 54V boost converter, allowing operation from common industrial power supplies without requiring specialized 54V sources. It delivers 4-pair power (End-span + Mid-span) with output derating based on input voltage: 75W at 100m with 24–48V input, or 52W at 100m with 12V input, supporting multi-gigabit data rates up to 5Gbps.
The injector includes Legacy and Force modes for compatibility with non-standard PDs, and features redundant power inputs with a fault alarm relay (1A @ 24V DC) for failover notification. PoE usage LEDs provide real-time power consumption monitoring, while Power Input LEDs indicate redundant supply status. It supports distances up to 100m over Cat5e/6 cabling.
The IP30 metal enclosure (DIN-rail or wall-mount) operates from -40°C to 75°C with 5–90% RH and stores from -40–85°C, backed by 6KV ESD protection. Powered via terminal block with up to 120W max consumption, it features LEDs for power, fault, PoE-in-use, and usage levels. The unit is TAA compliant.
