The ISW-504PT is an industrial PoE+ switch that boosts 12–48V DC input to 54V for PoE output, eliminating the need for special PoE injectors. Its PoE budget varies by input: 60W at 12V, 90W at 24V, and 120W at 48V, powering up to four 30W devices. It features redundant power inputs with an alarm relay (1A @ 24V AC) for failover alerting, and PoE usage LEDs indicate load status.
A DIP switch offers three modes: Standard (100m), VLAN (port isolation with only port 5 accessible), and Extend (250m at 10Mbps with 25W PoE per port). The fanless, IP40 metal case (DIN-rail or wall-mount) operates from -40°C to 75°C with 5–95% RH and stores from -40–85°C, backed by ±5KV ESD and ±5KV surge protection.
