Ideal for applications such as telephone on-hold announcements, security and access control warnings, and museum narrations, it can also be used for many other purposes. Each channel can hold up to one minute of recorded voice and/or music, with a total recording time of eight minutes. Recording is quick and easy using the built-in microphone and push-to-record button. A line-level output jack allows connection to external amplifiers, audio equipment and paging systems. Convenient channel activation switches allow you to play each channel once or repeat it endlessly. The optional ELK-129 can be used to download .WAV files from a PC to the ELK-124. The ELK-120 is also available, offering voice and siren channels.
