The NRN Family, in conjunction with specific Speco Technologies analytic cameras, offers a suite of intelligent analytics at no extra charge and no licensing: Human and Vehicle Detection, license plate detection and recognition, object left behind/removed, scene tampering alerts, target counting, line crossing and intrusion alerts, Digital Deterrent and 2-way audio, and Smart Search.

Technical Context
H.265 encoding stores roughly twice the footage of H.264 for the same drive capacity, which is what makes long retention practical across 32 channels at 4K. The analytics suite runs in conjunction with Speco analytic cameras and is licensed at no extra charge: human and vehicle detection removes the false motion alarms that foliage and weather generate, while licence plate recognition, object left behind or removed, scene tampering, target counting, and line crossing and intrusion alerts each raise events that Smart Search can then query by region of the camera view.
Installation Notes
The recorder provides 8 SATA ports accepting up to 20TB per port; this variant ships with 60TB installed, and the same chassis is offered from 4TB to 160TB. Hard drives are excluded from the 5-year limited warranty. Setup is handled through the EZ wizard suite covering camera, setup, network, record, search, copy and mobile configuration.
