WI-AC500 is a multi-WAN VPN gateway with integrated access point management for enterprise, hotel, office, and SMB networks. It provides six 10/100/1000/2500Mbps Ethernet ports, multi-WAN load balancing, VPN connectivity, security policies, bandwidth control, and support for unified configuration of up to 500 access points. Wi-Tek Cloud management enables centralized configuration, remote monitoring, and maintenance.

Technical Context
Multi-WAN load balancing allocates traffic across available Internet connections according to configured bandwidth ratios or flow policies, improving link utilization. The integrated AP management system supports automatic discovery, RF optimization, batch configuration, SSID and channel settings, transmission-power control, firmware upgrades, and client access lists. VPN, VLAN, SD-LAN, and security functions help segment and connect distributed business networks.
Installation Notes
The gateway measures 440 × 220 × 45mm and uses an AC 100-240V, 50/60Hz power supply. It supports an operating temperature range of -20°C to 55°C and 10%-90% non-condensing operating humidity. Configuration is available through the web interface, RJ45 console port, and Wi-Tek Cloud management platform.
