Product Overview
WI-AP217-Lite V2 is a Wi-Fi 5 AC1200 dual-band ceiling-mount access point designed for indoor wireless coverage in offices, hotels, supermarkets, and similar environments. It supports IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac with combined wireless speeds up to 1200Mbps, 2×2 MU-MIMO, Gigabit Ethernet connectivity, and flexible PoE or DC power. Cloud management, fast roaming, load balancing, and automatic channel and transmission-power adjustment support efficient network operation.

Technical Context
MU-MIMO allows the access point to serve multiple compatible clients simultaneously, while OFDM improves wireless transmission efficiency. Load balancing helps prevent client concentration on a single access point, and automatic channel and transmission-power adjustment helps reduce interference in multi-AP deployments. SSID-to-VLAN mapping enables logical separation of wireless networks for different user groups.
Installation Notes
The access point is designed for ceiling-mounted installation and measures 188 × 188 × 35mm. It can receive data and power through one Ethernet cable using 802.3af PoE or operate from a 12V DC/1A input. Operating temperature is -20°C to 55°C with 5%-95% non-condensing humidity.
