WI-POE31S is a compact Gigabit PoE splitter that receives power and data from an IEEE 802.3af/at PoE source and separates them into Ethernet data and 12 V DC output. It is designed to power non-PoE equipment such as access points, IP phones, and IP cameras where a local power connection is unavailable.

Technical Context
The splitter extracts DC power from the PoE input and provides a separate 12 V output for equipment that does not have an integrated PoE interface. Its Gigabit Ethernet path preserves 100/1000 Mbps data connectivity between the upstream PoE switch and the connected terminal.
