This 4-channel advanced 4K Network Video Recorder (NVR) is engineered for high-resolution surveillance systems utilizing AI analytics. It supports integration with DirectIP™, ONVIF™, and third-party IP cameras, featuring four integrated Power over Ethernet (PoE) ports compliant with IEEE 802.3at, Class 4 to deliver both data and up to 50 watts total power to connected devices.
The capability is its processing and recording of AI metadata from compatible cameras, enabling advanced Intelligent Deep Learning Analytics (IDLA) such as object detection, intrusion, loitering, line crossing, and face detection, alongside Business Intelligence (BI) rules for monitoring occupancy limits and social distancing. The NVR records video at resolutions up to 12 Megapixels with a maximum throughput of 70 Mbps, provides 4K Ultra High Definition (UHD) HDMI output for live viewing, and supports 4-channel synchronous 4K playback. Storage is flexible with two internal SATA hard drive bays and an eSATA port for expansion.
Operating on an embedded Linux system within a temperature range of 0°C to 40°C, the unit has a power consumption of 26.4 watts for the NVR itself and up to an additional 50 watts for the PoE subsystem. It includes four local alarm inputs and one output, supports two-way audio, and offers remote access and notifications via IDIS Mobile and desktop client software.
