This device is an advanced 4-channel Network Video Recorder designed as the central hub for modern surveillance systems. It supports a versatile range of IP cameras, including native DirectIP™, standards-based ONVIF™, and select third-party models. A key feature is its four integrated Power over Ethernet ports that comply with the IEEE 802.3at, Class 4 standard, providing up to 50 watts of total power to connected cameras, which simplifies installation by delivering both data and power over a single cable.
The NVR excels at processing Artificial Intelligence metadata from compatible cameras. It natively supports Intelligent Deep Learning Analytics for functions like object detection, intrusion, loitering, line crossing, and face detection. It also handles Business Intelligence rules for monitoring occupancy limits, social distancing, and queue management. It records video at resolutions up to 12 Megapixels, provides a smooth 4K Ultra High Definition live view via its HDMI output, and offers robust storage with two internal SATA hard drive bays and an eSATA port for expansion.
