The SECO-LARM 1/2 in. Tamper-Resistant Electric Rim Strike with Latch Monitoring is a surface-mount strike designed for rim-type exit devices with Pullman latch bolts. It supports 12/24 VDC operation, selectable fail-safe or fail-secure modes, and installs on metal or wood frames without requiring frame cutting.

The strike is designed for use with UL Listed exit hardware and must not impair the operation of emergency or panic hardware mounted on the door. It features low current draw of 540mA at 12VDC or 270mA at 24VDC, along with latch monitoring for access control status feedback.
The surface-mount design allows installation on metal or wood frames without frame cutting. The reversible non-handed design supports flexible placement, and included spacers consist of one 1/16 in. / 1.5 mm spacer and two 1/8 in. / 3 mm spacers. For indoor use only.
