The DA-ES1104B-12TB is a 4-bay, external direct-attached storage (DAS) unit designed for capacity and performance expansion of compatible IDIS recorders. It features four 3.5-inch SATA hard drive bays, pre-configured with 12TB drives for a total raw capacity of 48TB. The unit connects via a single eSATA interface and supports RAID 1 (mirroring), 5 (distributed parity), and 10 (mirrored stripe) configurations for data redundancy and performance.
