This is a high-performance 16-channel Network Video Recorder designed for demanding surveillance installations. It supports a broad ecosystem of IP cameras, including native DirectIP™, standards-based ONVIF™, and select third-party models, ensuring flexible integration. A key feature simplifying deployment is its eight integrated Power over Ethernet ports compliant with the IEEE 802.3at, Class 4 standard, which provide both data and up to 50.4 watts of total power to connected cameras. This NVR is built for intelligent video management, capable of processing AI metadata to support advanced Intelligent Deep Learning Analytics such as object detection, intrusion, loitering, and face detection, as well as Business Intelligence rules for monitoring occupancy limits and social distancing.
The system handles high-resolution video streams with a maximum recording throughput of 180 Mbps, supporting camera resolutions up to 12 Megapixels and delivering a smooth 4K Ultra High Definition live view at up to 480 images per second. It offers comprehensive playback with 16-channel synchronous and 8-channel 4K playback capabilities. For storage, it features two internal SATA hard drive bays and an eSATA port for expansion. Operating on a dedicated embedded Linux platform, the NVR is designed for reliable 24/7 operation in controlled environments, functioning within a temperature range of 0°C to 40°C. The unit's power consumption is segmented, with the NVR core using 26.4 watts and the PoE subsystem drawing up to an additional 50.4 watts.
