Stability in Tough Environments
The IGS-501T offers resistance to tough industrial environments that can experience interference or surges. Since the unit operates efficiently in temperatures ranging from -40 to 75°C, the unit can be virtually be placed in any location, worldwide. The IGS-501T features a built-in power supply source that includes a wide range of voltages, from 12 to 48V DC, for applications that require additional power or backup power.
Superior Switch Operation
The IGS-501T showcases high performing switch operation. The unit features 5 ports that are 10/100/1000Mbps Gigabit Ethernet ports. These ports offer non-blocking switch fabric and wire-speed throughput up to 10Gbps. In addition, with the 2K MAC Address table, the IGS-501T makes wire-speed transfers simply without packet loss.
The flow control function of the IGS-501T ensures quick and reliable data transfer. The Gigabit port features a 9K Jumbo frame that has the ability to handle a large amount of data in industrial topology that sends the data to the central control room.
All RJ-45 copper interfaces in the IGS-501T support the 10/100/1000Mbps Auto-Negotiation. This ensures quality speed detection through RJ-45 Category 6, 5 or 5e cables. The standard Auto-MDI/MDI-X support determines the connection to any Ethernet device.
