The Model DCS-1 is a duress call station with a built-in panic button, 3kH oscillator and electret condenser microphone. They are mounted to a stainless steel faceplate that fits into a single gang electrical box (not supplied). As part of an audio duress system, Model DCS-1 can activate the Louroe Base Station when the panic button is pressed, or by sound activation picked up by the microphone. Unit is compatible only with Louroe Models DG-12II and DG-25III Alarming Base Stations. When the alarming base station is activated, personnel can monitor the immediate area around the DCS-1 location.
