TRENDnet's discreet AX1800 Dual Band Wi-Fi 6 PoE in-wall access point model TEW-W960DAP features two concurrent Wi-Fi bands to maximise networking speeds using the latest Wi-Fi 6 technology. These two separate, high-speed Wi-Fi 6 bands provide speeds of up to 1201 Mbps on the 5 GHz band and 573 Mbps on the 2.4 GHz band. The in-wall access point also features a gigabit pass-through port.
This in-wall WiFi AP supports faster speeds thanks to 1024-QAM, OFDMA and MU-MIMO technologies. MU-MIMO technology processes multiple data streams simultaneously, thereby improving real-time Wi-Fi performance when multiple devices access the network. This in-wall wireless access point features access control, bandwidth control and band steering. Its discreet housing design allows it to be installed in a standard one-gang box with the included wall plates for easy installation.
