The ConteraIP Omni LX is available with 8- or 20-megapixel resolutions. These cameras provide an all-in-one solution for wide-area video surveillance, maximising the field of view and reducing the total number of cameras required, thereby saving installers time and end users money. The ConteraIP Omni LX is ideal for applications with normal to challenging lighting conditions. The Omni combines a day/night mechanical IR cut filter to deliver the highest image quality at any time of day. NightView offers strong low-light sensitivity for capturing details in extremely poorly lit scenes, providing clear colour images in low light. Power can be supplied via a single PoE+ (802.3at)-compliant network cable or a 12–48 V DC/24 V AC power supply. The ConteraIP Omni LX is designed for demanding environments. Having passed rigorous dust and water tests, the camera carries an IP66 rating. Its rugged dome housing is IK-10 rated, meaning it can withstand the equivalent of 55 kg (120 lbs) of force, making it ideal for areas prone to vandalism.
